Creepy V Shaped UFO Over Ireland - March 2022

 With endless "UFO" stories to choose from.... it's hard to pick the one right for this blog after a two year absence. How about one from this month...just a couple weeks ago...that was seen ALL OVER Ireland..... and yet NOT ONE video...even a bad one can be found via a media search and a YouTube search. That alone puts it into the segment "strange" these days.

1976 Cumberland City Tennessee - Strange Craft With Later Confirmation

A multiple witness event - all this was reported to MUFON on 7/21/14

My girl friend at the time (my future wife) had gone parking in the country within view of the TVA Cumberland City power plant. It was a field next to a creek that I had been to many times. We had been there about 30 minutes and I got out of the car for a minute. When I got back in, a large black sphere with 3 very intense orange lights at the edges equally spaced was hovering silently above a large tree directly in front of us about 800 ft away. At first I thought it might be a balloon or something from the 101st Airborne, located nearby, but it made no sound and just did not appear to be anything like I had ever seen before. I asked the person with me where it came from and she said that it appeared first as a distant light that almost immediately became the huge object in front of us and did not make a sound (I got out just to confirm this and there was total silence). It then slowly sit down behind this large tree and I will never forget the intensity of the three orange lights shining through the tree leaves was like the sun. It stayed there for a few minutes and then rose above the tree and not long after that emitted a bright orange ball of light towards the power plant. I say emitted but it was difficult to tell if the ball of energy was coming from the craft or coming from the power plant to the craft. After about thirty minutes another light on the ground some distance from the craft appeared in the woods - it was a bright white glowing light that would periodically emit a bright flash. In about another thirty minutes, another light appeared in another part of the woods but it was a spotlight like light that appeared to be searching the trees and area close to the craft. We sat there for some time and I thought about leaving the car and going to get as close as I could but I was concerned for the safety of my girlfriend. We thought about leaving and going to get someone to come see but we figured that it would be gone before we returned. Craft was as large as the tree it sat behind and hovered over, with a black surface that did not reflect the very bright orange lights on it's edges. When it sat down it was like the sphere rotated but the lights stayed on the outside edges. It also appeared to have some sort of windows or something above the equator of the sphere but I could not make out if there was anyone. What is going to sound crazy is that both of us could feel that they did not want us to worry about their presence and we should just go ahead and act normal. We were never scared or frightened during the event and it was like they were communicating with us in some way to reassure us. It is hard to explain this and also the loss of time that we seemed to experience - I think that I took her home late but I was unsure of the time next day and I was and still am unsure how long the event lasted and have often wondered if hypnosis would reveal more about the event. I just remember that the next day I was very mad at myself for leaving without investigating further or staying longer - I was into photography and could have gotten a camera and come back but it was like we had lost free will and I am unsure when we left but all of the lights and the object was still there when we did finally leave and seemed to be in no hurry to leave. It was like we were just following directions to leave and go home and don't worry about it. We had plenty of time to leave and return with others but we did not and I still cannot explain why. It was an amazing experience that we learned very quickly not to tell anyone about as the ridicule from others was very cruel and no-one believed us until I was telling my sister in law about it and she about fainted and told me that her cousin, who lived near the TVA New Johnsonville power plant had seen this very same object just a couple of days after this. I also found out about a person who was driving on the same road next to the field that night who had almost wrecked his truck trying to avoid some kind of creature in the road.

A friend and I were sitting outside on this night talking. A light was projected around me as a perfect circle and did not move for a minute or so. This light had edges that were perfectly sharp and unmoveing. The light then wobbled a little and started to travel away from my friend and I. we watched it travel across the grass and across some trees. This beam was not wobbly and moved very slowly. it then slowly receded into sky were we seen a craft projecting the light, it did no move at all. It was like a long florescent light bulb in the sky. We observed this lighted craft for a couple of minutes, then it suddenly and very very quickly either flew away from us or turned off light. It was an amazing sight. My friend who I'm still in contact with still to this day can not explain what he witnessed with me. We are both still trying to come to terms with what was in the sky that night.Also street lights after the craft disappeared started to flicker and some shut off completely very strangely.

2000 - 12 Year Old Sees Football Shaped Wobbling Craft From 100 Feet Away (MUFON Report)

Pretty good account... except how in the world does he not go into the size of the craft? And, if he was 12 he knows the approx year, right?

Unfortunately my dates and times are not accurate. This was about 15 years ago, however this event has profoundly changed my opinion of what reality on earth may be. I never got around to reporting it, because at that time, hell, I was only 12. I was sitting in the driveway waiting for my mom to take me to hockey practice I'm the afternoon sometime. Suddenly out of my right eye I feel a flash of light(may have been reflecting the sun). I glance over and I see a solid black/gray football shaped craft emerging from the woods and rocking while banking towards the next group of wooded area. From where I was sitting the craft was less than 100 feet away from me in broad daylight and clear skies. It appeared like a football on its side with the top and bottom hemispheres slightly off center. It had what almost looked like black corrugated tubing stretching from front to back of the craft. Another part about the instance that I have to express is the movement of the craft. As soon as the bright flash happened I'm not sure if the being controlling the craft was startled or lost control, but the way how it rocked while it was banking made me believe that whatever piloting it had an "oh crap" moment. If there was a person inside it, surely it would have vomited from the rocking. Maybe it was autonomous. That's the only reason why I bring up the movement. It may have been some sort of drone. Ours? Maybe. It had no wings or visible engine and was absolutely silent. Maineville used to be pretty rural at that time, it headed towards what used to be a farm. I only saw it for about 30 seconds but the 30 seconds has been burned into my head for quite some time. I wish I had accurate time and dates. Maybe someone else saw this. I've never seen any other ufo report about anything like what I saw. Trust me since I was 12 I've been obsessed with this. I've researched everywhere and watched countless videos trying to find a match of what I saw, which now leads me to reaching out to others. I know what I saw. I saw it close and in broad daylight. You can't tell me it was a blimp, it was less than 100 feet away from me. This was real. If a sketch is needed, I'll do my best.

1967 Howe Caverns New York Missing Time Account

My best friend and I were returning to Long Island from Expo 67 in Montreal Canada. It was late and we knew we would never make it so we decided to stop along the way. We saw a billboard advertising Howe Caverns and we decided to go there for the night and then visit the caves in the morning. It was Labor Day weekend and it was Saturday night. We followed the signs into the parking lot of the caverns. It was about 11-11:15 at night. We were young foolish kids and didn't have much money so we decided to sleep in the car. It was a white 1961 Chevy Impala. We were the only car in the lot and I remember saying, "let's park in a corner so if we oversleep I don't want people looking in the windows" I parked the car , in such a way , that I backed against a hill declining away from the car. The trunk overhung the start of the decline. You basically couldn't stand behind the car. I parked with the passenger doors also at the edge of the lot. I remember saying, "at least the car is protected from passerbyes on 2 sides...the rear and passenger side. I was in the front seat and my friend Bill was in the rear seat, ready to go to sleep. We locked the doors. I laid down with my head where the passenger would sit and Bill was the same way in the rear. Since it was pitch black, I had my eyes closed. Bill, then calmly said "look at the lights in the trees". I said, "s**t, it's probably the sheriff, he saw our car lights come up here and we are going to be caught". That was the last rational comment made for several hours. Now, first you must know the dynamics between Bill and I. Best friends from 7th grade, we were now juniors in college. He went to N Y Maritime College, and I went to Hofstra University. He was always better than me in every sport we tried, from skiing to tennis. He could run faster, swim better and do more pushups than me. I always felt "safe" around him. I knew I could count on a stronger, more rational guy to protect me. Well, he suddenly started screaming, almost berserk like, at me to "get away, drive away". He kept shouting, "THEY'RE BEHIND US, THEY'RE OVER THE CAR". For a few seconds I didn't respond in a scared manner. I remember thinking that its just the cops. In seconds I slowly started to react. An intense light was shining in my eyes. Even though they were still closed, I could see the reds and harsh whites of light....and at the same time, Bill was sitting up and pounding on the seat and me to get up and go. I never saw him like this, and I was now reacting to his fear. I opened my eyes and he was climbing into the front seat..I told him calm down, I'll drive away. The car's interior was lit up like day, yet it was pitch black outside. I realized the light was coming in from the rearview window. I thought that strange, since nothing could be behind us. I saw the keys on the dashboard, I put them in the ignition, he was next to me, and I calmly drove away. When we reached the main road, there were no signs of any cops. I stopped, and remember saying, "let's get a motel". I turned left and drove not more than a mile and we came across an old motel. I pulled into the lot and saw that it was almost 3:30 and said "it's crazy to pay for a room for a few hours, let's sleep in the car. Bill calmly said 'OK', and I remember saying, "let's put up something to block the windows so the lights don't get us" We calmly went to sleep, not discussing what just happened or even realizing 3 hours went by. We awoke around 8, and took the maps out of the windows, that we used to block the "lights" and went up to the caverns. I went back to that parking spot and we looked around and couldn't understand anything that happened. We shrugged it off, toured the caverns, and around noon headed to Long Island. Nothing about last night was discussed..it was like we couldn't rationalize it. It was a blur. An aside about me...I am the hysterical one, I react to things, I can get out of control in a flash...and yet that night I was the calm one and Bill was the screamer. Anyway, I dropped him home and then went to my house. We both still lived with our parents. When I walked in the house, my father was watching T V and on the coffee table was Newsday, Long Islands newspaper. The headlines screamed at me..."U F O'S sighted over upstate New York....I rushed to the phone to call Bill...He answered, and I said "did you see the paper?" He was shaken and said ,"yes"...I said, "what happened, what did we see?" He refused to talk about it..He wouldn't answer me. For 35 years we lost contact. When we finally did reconnect, he was married and living in Oceanside, California. I was living in the Hudson Valley. I asked him about that night in 1967, and his voiced changed and wouldn't even acknowledge what I was asking. He died in 2005. I am still left with untold answers of what happened that night. Now for the real "crazy" stuff. I am almost afraid to write this because it is so bizarre...I had incidents like this in 1977, 1987, 1997, and 2007. I often thought , what happened in 1957 , when I was 9 years old? Well, I remember waking up one morning, we lived in Flushing NY, and I had an object imbedded under my skin on my right thigh. I showed my mother. It was clearly under the skin, yet there was no mark, cut or pain. She looked at it and said, "you must have stuck a pencil point into your leg. don't worry ,it will go away" . I remember thinking I didn't do that, besides that would hurt. It took about 6-8 months to "disappear" into my thigh. If I coughed, my mother had the doctor there, yet she was absolutely unconcerned about this object in my leg. It resembled a lead pencil point, with a dull tip. In 1977, in California, in 1987, in the Hudson Valley, in 1997, in NYC and in 2007, in the Hudson Valley, other "incidents" occurred. I am now 66, I have seen all the shows about abductions, missing time implants, etc...and would like an answer. I am not seeking publicity and am quite embarrassed about all this. People laugh when I tell them, they ridicule and tease. Let me tell you, the fear is overwhelming, like I have never felt. Thank you for reading this. And yes, I saw the "greys"....How sick does that sound?

On Friday, January 17, 2014, my daughter [Name Remoced/CMS/rjl] and I had a close, and I mean 
less than 20 ft. away, encounter w/ a UFO. It was triagular in shape and had 
gold/white circles on each end w/ a red circle in the middle. I would estimate 
at least 50 ft. in diameter but not sure. Maddie says more like half a mile. 
It was big. We noticed it about 100 ft. away between two trees over Gulley Park 
and I turned off Township and pulled into a driveway to get a better look. It 
was like it knew we were talking about it b/c as soon as I pulled into the 
driveway it flew instantly right to us almost on top of us! I said "If you are 
the ETs that abduct people you've done it to us before and we don't like it and 
we forbid you to do it anymore! If that is who you are I command you to go 
away!" I can't believe I said that but I was more pissed than scared. We're 
not damn cows you can just mark and monitor for God's sake! after I said that 
it hovered over us for another second or two like it was deciding what to do 
then just shot off at an impossible speed. All truth! I'm telling you b/c I 
know you are one of the few people who would believe me. 

This is by no means the first time my children and I have had a UFO encounter. 
I know we have been abducted at least once in 1999 while driving in a remote 
wooded area between Fordyce and Hampton driving to El Dorado in 1999. I need to 
talk about it and so does my daughter because as the years go by we remember 
more and more of the experience and it makes me feel very vulnerable. It is too 
much to go into detail in this email but it was huge and it elevated our car 
into the ship and did something to us that basically took over our bodies and 
consciousness. But it didn't work completely with my daughter and me. Actually 
it didn't work at all with Maddie at first and she and I remember men w/ 
clipboards, white coats and hard hats directing everyone. But she remembers 
what the beings directing the men loo'ked like and they were insectoids at least 
7 or 8 ft. tall and they were very upset that whatever technology they were 
using to control people did not work on her. we lost two hours that night and 
when we came to the car was parked on the side of the road and we were outside 
of it. I have many over experiences I need to share with someone.

Estimates in size of object from 50 feet to 2,800 feet leave a lot to say for the idea that the perception is less than real in the common consensus of our reality as is IMO the idea of seeing two different 'scenarios' about the UFO craft.

One night around 10:30p.m. I was outside smoking a cigarette talking to the stars. I just got done watching ancient aliens and was really starting to get upset with myself for actually believing the weird things they say on that show. I look at the brightest star and say in my brain "You bitches aint real." and walk from the backyard to the side of the house. Now here is when my life change. As I throw the Newport behind me, floating so silent, was a solid midnight dark triangle with a bright orange light in the middle above my garage. As I look up I tried to wrap my brain around what I was seeing it felt as if I was being studied then the orange light flashed and brighten. This is when fear took over my brain and instead of going to the camera in my phone I stood there for about 15 seconds shaking then I just ran under the garage. I just stood under it for about 7 seconds then I had a feeling like if something was meant to happen it would I mean if it can sneak up on me theres no telling what else its capable of. So I step out the garage and it finally moves and hover over my head and just continue its route straight for about 6 minutes till in the distance it just look like an orange dot. I went in the house still shaking and terrified. My girl looked at me and asked whats wrong she actually seen the fear in my eyes and thats something out of 3 years she never seen. Ever since then Ive had an problem with the dark like Im not scared of it but I do respect it a whole lot more Im just so uneasy now its like Im always being looked at when the lights off now

Maybe we'll need on Amazing UFO stories to keep track of how many times the phenomena is able to `present itself' to callers or doubters, etc. Literally instantly present (although the UFO could be setting it up in the mind timewise I guess).  I have a feeling this will not be this persons only experience.

12/10/13 Orb Dive Bombs Couples Car, Then Hovers, Over Interstate 91 In Northern Vermont

My wife and I were driving south on I-91 in northen Vermont south of St Johnsbury, my wife though she saw a falling star, it was a red and orange traveling at a high rate of speed but it then stoped an hovered about 30 feet over the interstate as we drove under it. After it stopped it was just a white glow about 10 to 12 inchs across kind of star or diamond shaped, there was nothing around and we were not around any towns or lights. I lost sight of it after I drove under it. My wife saw it for about 5 seconds before it hovered and I only saw it for less than a second or two has I drove under it. My wife looked at me and ask "did you see that?" and I said yes. We joke most of the way back to our motel about seeing something like that and wondered what it was.

In the summer of 1951 I was 6 years old, out playing in the front of our house. I heard a swishing noise and looked up to see what it was. It was a hot sunny day without any breeze. About 50-60 feet above me was a saucer shaped vehicle hovering and spinning. It caused all of the leaves on the tree to fold and turn downward as if trying to avoid radiation or some sort of emissions. Electro magnetic maybe. I was waiting for my grandmother to call me in for lunch so it was probably about noon. The saucer hovered for about 2 minutes and tilted toward me. At that time it moved away from my yard and landed behind some trees blocking its view from my house. I ran into the house and told my grandmother what I had seen and she just blew it off. I was sitting on my bed looking out the window in the back of the house when I saw the 2 beings passing along the outer edge of our yard behind some peach trees. They were different heights. One was a half head shorter than the other. They seemed to be wearing suits which were rouge red in color. They were walking side by side and moved out of sight from my window. That was my last memory until about 10pm. My Grandmother and I were standing in the kitchen in the dark and lunch was still sitting out on the counter. At one point I know I was in the saucer. The neighbors and us, we described what we saw. I saw what looked like a shimmering, golden angel with moving wings, a beautiful shimmering metallic gold. My son said it looked like a golden eagle. Our neighbors said it looked like a silver eagle. We all agreed it was shimmering color(s)of gold and silver, shaped like an angel or eagle. It was amazing because when it flew away it was three round circles of a different light.......

...I was just listening intently to the show (Coast To Coast AM) with my eyes closed when the audio started going in and out. It was then that the feeling that I wasnt alone came over me. I was lying on my ride side with my wife to my back, I opened my eyes and the room was lit in a pale orangish glow. I rolled over towards my wife and that was when I saw 3 typical Grey aliens standing in my master bathroom about 5 feet from my wifes side of the bed. I couldnt make out their faces. But I knew what they were from their big heads and how thin they were. I could see their outlines perfectly because of the orange glow that was emanating from the bathroom window that they were standing in front of. I could tell they were wearing some kind of tight fitting suit that was a darker color than their grey skin. I immediately started screaming, "What the F%$#, What the F%$#!" as I grabbed my wife in fear. She woke up and started screaming and then broke into prayer in here first language, Romanian. The 3 entities de-materialized into 3 orange glowing balls and floated through the walls of the bathroom. My wife was screaming," Whats going on." The orange glow !faded quickly as soon as the last orb passed through the wall. About 3 seconds later there were 3 quick bright flashes of white light that came through all 4 of the windows in the bedroom and it was over....
